2013-2014 mainly did calisthenics used to watch a lot of bar brothers and barstarzz, weighed 155 lbs and felt good Then I got a gf and gained 50 lbs and started to smoke cigs :( November 2017 I quit smoking and began calisthenics again with my friends, started a workout group among us on snapchat. January 2018-March 2018 Mainly calisthenics, then we signed up for a gym. March 12th I started Keto ( which was life changing to me ) and gained a lot of energy and strength. I lost 40 lbs and now weigh 159 and want to slow bulk, im afraid of dirty bulking and getting fat lol. Bench 180 for 3-4 reps across 5 sets is my current pr. Run a 7 min 50 s mile for 2 miles.
