About Me
I realized during high school that I was gaining a lot of weight and was not happy with my performance or the way I looked. The summer before entering into college, I made a commitment to myself to better my diet and start doing something about the issues I had. Since then, I'm now a sophomore and have lost more than 40 pounds and am feeling great. It's not an easy process but it is doable if you commit it to yourself!
