7 years ago I weighed 280 pounds , lost 70 pounds by only eating once a day. never been to the gym . since I lost alot of weight ,my friends at work encouraged me to join the gym . been on and off the gym since then except for last year in 2017 I actually stuck with it for the whole year. I didn't really keep my diet in check so I know I lost alot of potential gains , but for this new year I want to do alot better with my diet so that this year my gains will hopefully skyrocket. I'm not trying to go for that hardcore 6 pack abs , I want to be comfortable walking around with my shirt off , plus I like being able to lift heavy things.
