From couch potato to sport junkie :P I started exercising june 2012 doing Les Mills Bodypump and Bodycombat. i was never into sports until I found Les Mills programs, it's a great way to get started! After several moths of doing bodypump I was curious to try the free weights...so, even though it's a part of the gym where you rarely see a girl, I thought that wouldn't stop me...and it didn't! Now it's almost a year that I lift and couldn't be happier! It's my passion! ...and I managed to get my girl-friends to the weight room too! I still do bodycombat for cardio and because it's a lot of fun! :) I'm an avid learner and try to be informed about all things nutrition and training. I found Scott on youtube and subscribed and I love, love, love the videos!!! he's my go-to guy when I'm not sure if I'm doing the exercise right! (since I don't have a PT anymore, I just had one for a couple of months at the beginning).
