I'm currently 24 years old and I'm looking to improve both the way I look feel and eat. My dad has high blood pressure has had a knee replacement and is about 100-150 pounds over weight and he use to look like me when he was my age and that is probably the only thing about him that i don't aspire to. this is the first fitness website I've ever been on and I'm interested to see how it goes.
