About Me
I am an Ectomorh, I had a tentative some years ago to go to the gym but I did not find people willing to help me for real so I quit. I plan from this year onward to start again bringing the gym at home, basing more on diet and a 3 days workout program for bulking. The problem I have epilepsy so i can't at least theoretically do overloads (that's beside i burn calories like hell) When i was going to gym. I could put 8lbs/month. I hope i could be helped to target around 140 lbs
