Hey guys, I am a 27 yo writer from Germany, working in life coaching when not bound to my desk. As a teenager I practiced a lot of martial arts, until my knees got hurt pretty bad (and my nose, haha). After a period of slacking (shame on me) I started HIIT training everyday because I had a lot of pain in my neck. With 20-30 mins of HIIT per day the pain was gone, strong core I guess. Now I like to do some tabata workouts on a daily basis and add some lifting, to get a lean, more massive body. Actually Scott is like my role model. When I look like him, I will be happy, more is not necessary! Greetings to you all :-)
