I´ve always loved sports and going to the gym. At the age of 10 I got in to judo and got the blue belt. After that I started playing soccer, basketball, ping pong, badminton, tennis and all kinds of sports. I also did a lot of arm wrestling because I noticed that nobody could beat me and I was undefeated for 18 years until some sailor came and crushed me, after that I decided to stop, not only because I lost but because my shoulder is FUBAR now :p I also had to quit playing soccer, basketball, tennis and badminton because my groin snapped, not 1 time but 2 times and then I started to focus more on the gym which I have been going to on and off since the age of 24 or some. In 2009 I had a rear-end collision where a guy slammed into my car, I was at a standstill, at 50 mph and that left my lower in a lot of pain and I can not do all the heavy lifting as I used to so I´m going back to the gym to recover my lower back and my health because I had given up hence my current weight. Summer is in 3 months so it's cutting season baby. I need all the help I can get! That´s it, now let´s lift! :)
