Do I really need a meal plan?

By Scott Herman in Nutrition · Published

If you want to see the best results, you need to have a good, clean diet in conjunction with your training programme.

You can train as much as you want, but if you aren't feeding your muscles enough food AND enough GOOD food, your results won't be as good as they can be.

Calculating your protein, carbs and fat is important to ensure you are getting quality calories from each of those MACRONUTRIENTS. Micronutrients, such as your vitamins and minerals are just as important.

Remember, a meal plan will be DIFFERENT for different people, and will need to be manipulated throughout your fitness journey.
