One thing I notice, I have been working out in the AM, then working...so sleep during the week is 6ish hours.
On off days, I make up and sleep 7-9 hours (with a nap).
So what I am noticing is, during the week I seem to have less pump, less fullness in my muscles.
On off days (as in not working, but still going to the gym) I don't have this issue.
This exact same thing used to happen when I would go to the gym skipping breakfast or not having eaten in several hours, muscles wouldn't feel full or would feel flat. Now it's happening again at times, but it seems to more about sleep.
Is this weird or common? What's going on/solution?
