Hey Scott,

I am 49 and fit, but older than most on your site. I have been a constant in the gym since July, and ive made small gains but lost a lot of weight and how around 14% body Fat, My main question is. Which of your programs do you recommend to add maximum Muscle. I train on average 5 days a week.

@andyjh Hey Andy! I actually responded to the post on your board as well, but I'll write it again here.

 

Being able to train 5 days per week might mean the 5 day bodybuilding split is best for you Andy. That program is geared solely towards muscle gain. If you've only been training since July the burn sets will probably hit you pretty hard over the first few weeks, but from the sounds of it, it won't be anything you can't handle ðŸ˜

 

Also, I'll have my Full Body program releasing soon, and that will be another good option to make sure you're training everything multiple times per week.

Best Exercises For Building Muscle(indianworkouts)
Legs. Compound: Barbell squat, barbell deadlift, barbell lunge, Bulgarian split lunge.
Back / Traps. Compound: Pull up, bent over barbell row, upright row, barbell shrug.
