The foods down the middle of the aisles are mostly processed, full of sugar and contain unhealthy fats and ingredients that most dont know about. When it comes to exercise its not as bad as it may seem. Actually once you begin a weekly training regimen it becomes a routine that you start to enjoy. You will feel much better physically and mentally. Cardiovascular exercise is obviously the best for burning calories and losing weight. With that being said I highly recommend anyone trying to lose weight to do cardio at least 3-4 times a week for 20 minutes. The treadmill is the most popular piece of cardiovascular equipment and I use it 3 times a week myself.
