Hey Audxius,
If your objective is to lose fat as quickly as possible, entering a greater caloric deficit would be advised. The standard range is 10%, but 20% is more aggressive and might be suitable for your goals. In response to your question, cardio can certainly help in the fat loss process, but ultimately doing 2 hours a day will only increase your TDEE (since you're burning hundreds of extra calories) and make it easier for you to enter a deficit. At the end of the day, it's the calorie deficit not the cardio (even though it's helpful). That said, I think it's a great idea for you to do daily cardio for the amazing health benefits, in addition to feeling much better during this process. I would advise 20-90 minutes a day if you want to go that route. Enjoy the gains brother!
