Hello Scot.
17 years old male. I struggle to gain muscle or put on weight I weigh 7.6 - 8 stone and want to gain muscle and abs what program should I follow go to gym Thursday and Saturdays with friends running machines tries and bies.
How do I lose weight and gain muscle and abs, my diet has consists of junk food most of my life but i never gained the weight but never had a flat stoamch either im kinda of stuck on whats the best route here?
