Hey Guys... I know cramps are somehow commonly experienced in fitness and working out. But lately I've been experiencing these seemingly "not normal" cramps which I never had even when I was doing sports.
Most of the time I feel cramps on my left lats or at my right chest muscles also butt cramps, which is very unusual because I never had any if these until these last few months. And I really wanna get rid of them.
I dont know if it's nutrition related of I'm just not doing the proper stretching and I really wanna hear your insights and advices regarding this matter.
