Still learning abt all the supplements and what's good/necessary for our bodies. Forever I've heard and read that "you should take OMEGA 3 everyday as a supplement for the lack we don't consume" Because of it's fatty acid. So, I take a bottle off the shelf and read thru a few to find they're all similar except for the mg dosage and $. My wife recently told me that she had read on one of her fitness forums that we should be consuming OMEGA 3 with VESISorb only because the regular omega 3 doesn't have the "proper fish oil ingredients" to properly absorb into our bodies and it's basically otherwise just a waste. I am currently researching this product but wanted to get a professional opinion on this as I get easily confused as some of u already know. So, have u heard of this and is it true?
