Alright!

I'm trying to lower my body fat percentage a bit. First thing I did was checking my macros (according to Scott's macro video). Carbs was a bit high and protein was a bit low, so I'm going to lower my carbs and raise my protein.

The idea is to use Cellmass 2.0 to aid recovery and Syntha-6 to get more protein during the day. My question is: is this a good combination of supplements to lose some fat (and not lose muscle)?

Thanks!

Nick,

Keeping your protein intake high is most important when losing body fat to help maintain muscle. These supplements will help achieve this.

John is spot on.

If you can Nick, list your current daily macros after the adjustment.

Lean weight: 153lbs

Before adjustments:

Protein: 165
Carbs: 255
Fats: 90

Target after adjustments:

Protein: 200-220 (Adding Syntha-6 and Cellmass 2.0, also adding some chicken during lunch)
Carbs: 200 (Remains quite high because of strength goals during training)
Fats: 90
