Not sure how many military are in here but im currently deployed which means i have no stove no oven. I rely on the Military dining facility to eat. They serve 3 meals a day. Only healthy things are the chicken breast, lettuce and fruit/vegatables. Im not sure how to structure that type of meal plan. Im trying to cut the tummy fat away.

Are you allowed to choose your portion sizes? Or you just get what you're given?
Do you still have your phone so you can track (roughly) what you're eating? Trimming fat is about being in a deficit. I'd say with all your military training and activities it would be reasonably easy to get yourself into a deficit if you keep your portions average.
If you can choose how much of each food item you get, focus mostly on the protein source and vegetables. Minimal carbs.

I do not get to choose meats portions but as far as vegatable and fruit portions i can choose but the one thing they have everyday is chicken breast and salad which i know is healthy. I do have my phone. I also have a office job so until i get off and go to the gym i dont really burn much. I do work out with your cheat & Recover program and do 30 mins of the stair climber everyday.

@Jamiemiller_joseph Awesome man! You will still be burning a lot with that. You probably don't NEED to do cardio every day, just so you know. Not saying you can't, just that you don't have to.
You can load up on vegetables to an extent. Definitely go for those more than whatever the carb option is (e.g. rice, bread etc.). And just take what protein you can get, ask for as much as you're allowed.
Are you allowed to bring your own food in at all?

Bring in other protein options if all you can really get is chicken. Cans of tuna. Greek yoghurt if you have a place to store it. Maybe a tub of protein powder as well?
Then you can think about other healthy snack options like nuts, maybe some good wholegrain crackers or bread if you're not getting great carb options.
