Hey, can you guys give me some feedback on my squat technique, I feel like my back is too bent, I know I shouldn't be wearing running shoes to squat in but my gym is super strict when it comes to training in no shoes.

stick your chest out that will bring your shoulder blades together and you should be good.
I have been training coming up on 6 years and have made some great gainz. I've done a lot of trial and error on myself as well as learned from others and through research online. I've come along way in strength and size since I've started. I will continue to learn and make myself better each day. @OllyMcCully You can also try looking up slightly, pick a spot on the wall and stare at it. Might help keep your back from bending.
And for shoes I just started using "Vans Women Atwood Low Shoes". I wanted to get something flat and with little to no give in them without have to spend a lot. So I settled on a cheap $40 pair on vans. The reason I got the women's ones is because the soles are a lot thinner than the mens and the look same.

I think keeping your head up will help you. Make sure you are keeping everything super tight as well - core, upper back, glutes.
And definitely grab some flat shoes or squat shoes if your gym insists on wearing shoes.

What do you think about a safety squat bar?

You mean one where you hold onto handles that come out from the front of the bar? Nothing wrong with those if you have access to them! Just remember it will be a bit different to a regular back squat. The weight for example may not be in the same position with some safety squat bars once you load it on your back.

Thanks, man. I ordered one and shall try it out soon in my home 'power basement' gym.
Really unbelievable that you make all these good Youtube movies and take time to communicate personally with your greatest fans here on your forum.
Would you ever consider visiting Belgium? You would be very welcome!
Kind regards
