Hey Scott & community!
Yesterday i started the C&R program, workout was great but i did not get it done completly.
My issue is i feel powerless after a few sets. For example i did the overhead press fine the first two sets overload & cheat reps and after that there is a point where i just cannot get the weights moved for more than 4 or 5 reps.
Or after doing the dips i was so fatigued that i could only move 12kg dumbbells in the next set while under normal conditions 18 or 20kg are where i am at.
So the question is: is it okay to use significant lower weights or should i extend the rest time between exercises? My energy storage depletes so fast ...
I am determined to get the most out of the workout as possible!
