Hello. I'm 24 years old. my height is 173cm or 5.6 feet and my weight is 72Kg or 158 pounds. I'm kind of a mesomorph.
Today i joined the gym and bought "King Mass" protein supplement which comes with these nutritional facts (image attached)
Is this ok for me? My waist is 87cm.
Also. I have scoliosis so i can't weight too much. Would you recommend me some exercises or a program to avoid back pain?
