Hi I train for 3 days a week doing weightlifting and one day playing a sport which is basically cardio. I just wanted see if you guys could offer any advice to improve my weightlifting routine. Day 1: Bench Press 3 * 1-5 Reps Deadlift 3 * 1-5 Reps Incline Dumbell Press 3 * 3-5 Reps Cable Rows 3 *3-5 Reps Barbell curl 3 *8-12 Reps Day 2: Squat 3 * 1-5 Reps Barbell Standing Shoulder press 3 * 1-5 Reps Lying Leg curl 3 *"8-12 Reps Face Pulls 4 * 15-20 Reps Cable Tricep Extension 3 * 10-12 Reps Day 3: Bench Press 3 * 10-12 reps Deadlift 3 * 10-12 reps Squat 3 * 10-12 reps Barbell Standing Shoulder Press 3 * 10-12 reps Any Advice would be welcome. I'm 20 years old and have been training for just over a year now.
