Hello everyone!
I feel like the lower part of my abdomen is still "weak" or fatty. Its like it becomes wider as it goes down. What can i do about it? Should i do more cardio or localized exercises? i shall say i never do abdominal exercises.
Im 1,73cm tall, 155Lb (70kg) weight and i dont know my BF% (15-16% maybe?)
Second question is: In order to get bigger, you must eat more (200-300 caloric surplus) am i right?
What if you eat more of carbs, for example, and get more fat instead of muscule? I am afraid of that happening and "Losing" my gains because of it.
