Hey everyone!
I'm thinking about buying new shoes for lifting. All I've ever used are old running shoes which suck for compounds like squatting, and old vans with a flat bottom which seem to be better for compounds. This would be my first pair of lifiting shoes, so I'm wondering if I should get shoes with a flat bottom like Chucks, or a raised heal like the olympic lifting shoes? I'm tall, 6'2" with long legs and a pretty high foot arch.
Any reccomendations are appreciated, thanks!
