I am currently going into my junior year of high school and I play varsity football and I am going into my third year of wrestling hoping to be varsity and I need to drop down to atleast 280 before November so I can wrestle and I'm stronger than I think I am according to my friends and coaches and I found this website and YouTube channel and so far it has shown me many new ways to lose weight and get my daily meals planned out and shown me many other ways to go through my workout I would love to someday get to workout with Scott himself and get to talk and understand things better in person!
