About Me   

August 2013 weighed 295 pounds and had not been active since I was 16 and in high school football and Tae Kwon do. I started my journey with low carb (50 grams or so per day) and started working out at home with mostly dumbbells with about 130 # of weights September 2013. September 2014 hit my bottom (after falling off bicycle month before and fracturing left radial neck (in ARM) at 162.2 pounds. November 2014 started bulking and now (05-08-14) weigh about 185# with about 12% body fat (abs still visible). Trying to build lean mass and overall strength.
